01Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the SwiftSyn Technologies website and the services we provide. By using our site or engaging us for a project, you agree to these terms.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.
02Use of Our Services
You may use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to misuse our services, interfere with their normal operation, or attempt to access them using a method other than the interfaces we provide.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time to keep them secure and reliable.
03Intellectual Property
The SwiftSyn name, logo, website content, and underlying code are owned by SwiftSyn Technologies and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Ownership of work produced for a client is defined in that client's individual project agreement.
Unless stated otherwise in writing, we retain the right to reference completed work in our portfolio and marketing.
04Client Responsibilities
When we work together, you agree to provide timely feedback, accurate information, and any assets or access needed to deliver the project. Delays in these can affect timelines and cost.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content or materials you provide do not infringe the rights of others.
05Payments & Fees
Project fees, payment schedules, and milestones are set out in each project agreement. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice unless agreed otherwise.
Late payments may pause active work and, where applicable, incur reasonable interest as permitted by law.
06Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement, and to use it only for the purpose of delivering the project. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.
07Warranties & Disclaimers
We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components at all times.
08Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwiftSyn Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
09Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in line with the terms of the relevant project agreement. On termination, you agree to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
10Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date shown above. Your continued use of our services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
